Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Situate AI Ltd, 103 The Grange Business Centre, Belasis Avenue, Billingham, TS23 1LG. Company No. 17043834. VAT No. GB 519305693.
Business bookings
Bookings are made by businesses for business purposes. They are not consumer distance sales, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply. The booking belongs to the company that paid for it, not to individual attendees.
Booking and payment
Training courses are booked and paid for online through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout and a VAT invoice is issued automatically. Payment is due in full at the point of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment clears.
Sessions are booked roughly four weeks out as standard so the content can be tailored. If you need something sooner, contact us before booking.
Rescheduling
Because a session is bought by a company rather than by individuals, we rearrange rather than cancel. If the date no longer works, tell us and we will move your session to another date that suits your team. We ask for 7 days' notice to reschedule. Bookings are non-refundable, and the value of a booking is not lost when a date changes.
If a session cannot go ahead for a reason on our side, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Delivery
Sessions are delivered live and online, for up to 10 people per group. You are responsible for making sure attendees have a working internet connection, and access to the relevant tools where a course covers a specific product. Larger teams are handled as multiple cohorts.
Intellectual property
Course materials remain the property of Situate AI Ltd. You may use them internally within your organisation. You may not resell, publish, or use them to run your own training.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where liability cannot be limited by law.
