Founded by Joanna Wake

Situate AI was founded by Joanna Wake. She founded RAW Digital Training in 2013, grew it into a nationally recognised, multi-award-winning digital skills business, and sold it in 2020.

For fifteen years, helping people genuinely adopt new ways of working has been her specialism, her work, and her passion. She is a recognised voice on AI and tech skills, and speaks regularly on AI adoption at business and national level.

That experience and passion is the foundation of everything Situate AI does. AI skills taught in a way that creates genuine impact and instant adoption.

Questions

How do I start with AI in my business?

Start with the fundamentals in one session. Introduction to AI: The Business Essential builds AI literacy and fluency across your team in two hours, live and online, for up to 10 people. Not sure which course fits? Book a discovery call or email hi@situateai.com.

Is this only for one region?

No. Sessions are delivered online, UK-wide.

What if we are more than 10 people?

Get in touch and we will sort multiple sessions. We run multiple cohorts for larger businesses as standard.

Do we need any prior experience or technical ability?

No. Sessions work for complete beginners through to confident users. We pitch to wherever the team in the room actually is.

Can we reschedule after booking?

Yes. Bookings are rearranged rather than cancelled. Your session is a purchase by your company, not by individual attendees, so if the date no longer works we move it to one that does. We ask for 7 days' notice to reschedule. Full terms are set out at checkout and in the Terms and Conditions.

Do we get an invoice for our accounts team?

Yes. A VAT invoice is issued automatically with every booking.

What is actually covered in each session?

Introduction to AI: The Business Essential covers what AI is, what it is not, and where it fits into your work. Copilot for Business Foundations is practical training on the Microsoft 365 tools you already pay for. Claude for Business Foundations is a whirlwind tour of Claude from people that use it non-stop. Each session runs two hours for up to 10 people.
