What we collect
- Name and business email address
- Company details, including billing details and VAT number where relevant
- Booking details, such as the course chosen and the session date
- Payment data, processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Scheduling data, processed by Calendly when you book a call or a session
Why we use it
- Contract: to take bookings, deliver sessions, and issue invoices
- Legal obligation: to keep financial and tax records
- Consent: to send marketing emails, where you have asked for them
- Legitimate interests: to answer enquiries and run the business day to day
Processors
We use Stripe for payments and Calendly for scheduling. Both act as data processors and handle data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Financial records: 7 years, as required by UK tax law
- General contact and enquiry data: 2 years from last contact
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, ask us to restrict processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
